The apartment is fully air-conditioned and the guests can enjoy high-speed internet access. There is satellite television for the guests’ entertainment as well. The kitchen has all the equipment including utensils, gas stove, microwave, R.O. water machine and refrigerator. There is 1 bedroom with a cupboard and queen size bed along with another sofa-cum-bed in the living room. The apartment can comfortably house 4 guests. The bathroom has a functional geyser and there is 24-hour water supply in the apartment.
The guests have access to the entire apartment and amenities as well as other public areas such as elevators. The vehicles can reach right up to the apartment complex and there is free parking on-site.
We respect our guests’ privacy at all times; however, in case any assistance is required our team is just a call away. We provide daily housekeeping services, have a dedicated caretaker and can also assist you in booking cabs as well as other adventure activities.
The apartment is located in Tapovan and is in close proximity to Laxman Jhoola and various other tourist attractions. The market, ashrams and majority of the cafes are located at a walking distance. The famous Lum-Beach of Ganges is also just a 10-minute walk from the property. You can hire two-wheelers to get around the city or avail the cheap and efficient tuk-tuk services as well.
Our check in and check our timings are 11:00 am and 10:00 am respectively. We will be glad to provide the facility of early check-in/late check-out, but it is subject to availability. Please contact our team for confirmation in advance if you wish to avail any such facility.
The consumption and/or storage of alcohol, tobacco, hookah and narcotics drugs is illegal as per the government regulations and strictly forbidden in the apartment.
Rishikesh being Dev-Bhoomi, preparation and/or consumption of Non-Vegetarian food is prohibited in the apartment.
Your pets are always welcome; however, it is strictly advised to keep them with you at all times.
The maximum occupancy is of 4 persons. Thereafter extra-occupancy charges apply at INR 500/- per person per day (including children). We also provide additional mattresses for each extra person at no additional cost.
The cleaning and housekeeping charges are extra and a one-time charge of INR 475/- is applicable.
All Refunds are subject to our Refunds and Cancellation policy.
All foreigners have to fill up Form C as mandated by Government of India and provide copies of their passport and visa before check in. Domestic guests have to submit their ID proofs before check in.
Since it is a gated community, guests are requested to adhere to the guidelines and regulations issued by the society.
