The apartment is fully air-conditioned and the guests can enjoy high-speed internet access. There is satellite television for the guests’ entertainment in every room as well. The kitchen has all the equipment including utensils, gas stove, microwave, R.O. water machine and refrigerator. The washroom has a geyser installed and the accommodation comes with 24-hours water supply. There is full size cupboard and the rooms have queen-size beds. The apartment can comfortably house a maximum of 4 guests at a time.
The guests have access to the entire apartment and amenities including the kitchen. The vehicles can reach right up to the apartment building.
We respect our guests’ privacy at all times; however, our team is just a call away in case you require any assistance. We provide daily housekeeping services, have a dedicated caretaking team and our concierge services can assist you in booking cabs, train and flight tickets, tours in Delhi and nearby cities and more. We also provide our delicious and hot Homecooked meals that are loved by our guests from all over the world!
The apartment is in well-connected locality in East Delhi and is easily accessible. It is also in close proximity to two major Delhi Metro stations, namely Dilshad Garden (Red Line) and Karkardooma (Blue Line). There are many restaurants and shopping centres within a 3KM radius and the nearest shopping mall is a 10-minute drive from the accommodation. You can buy everything from vegetables and groceries to clothes and jewellery in these markets. There are various modes of transport available nearby including Delhi Metro, Buses, Uber/Ola Cabs, Cycle and Auto Rickshaws and even e-Rickshaws. We can also arrange for private taxis in case you require them.
Our check in and check our timings are 11:00 am and 10:00 am respectively. We will be glad to provide the facility of early check-in/late check-out, but it is subject to availability. Please contact our team for confirmation in advance if you wish to avail any such facility.
The consumption and/or storage of alcohol, tobacco, hookah and narcotics drugs is strictly forbidden in the apartment.
Preparation of Non-Vegetarian food is prohibited inside the apartment.
Your pets are always welcome; however, it is strictly advised to keep them with you at all times.
The maximum occupancy is of 4 persons. Thereafter extra-occupancy charges apply at INR 500/- per person per day (including children). We also provide additional mattresses for each extra person at no additional cost.
The cleaning and housekeeping charges are extra and a one-time charge of INR 475/- is applicable.
All Refunds are subject to our Refunds and Cancellation policy.
All foreign nationals must fill up Form C as mandated by Government of India and provide copies of their passport and visa before check in. Domestic guests should submit their ID proofs before check in.
Guests are requested to maintain the decorum of the complex and not cause any ruckus or disturbance in the common areas.
