The apartment is fully air-conditioned and the guests can enjoy high-speed internet access. There is satellite television for the guests’ entertainment in every room as well. The kitchen has all the equipment including utensils, gas stove, microwave, R.O. water machine and refrigerator. The washroom has a geyser installed and the accommodation comes with 24-hours water supply. There is full size cupboard and the rooms have queen-size beds. The apartment can comfortably house a maximum of 4 guests at a time.
The guests have access to the entire apartment and amenities including the kitchen.

We provide daily housekeeping services, have a dedicated caretaking team and our concierge services can assist you in booking cabs, train and flight tickets, tours in Delhi and nearby cities and more. We also provide our delicious and hot Homecooked meals that are loved by our guests from all over the world!
The apartment is located in the heart of New Delhi and is at a walking distance from the most central Bazaar of Delhi, namely Connaught Place. It is well connected to the Airport and Railway Stations by road as well as by the Delhi Metro. The nearest metro station is ITO and is just a stone’s throw away from the location. The popular monument of Feroz Shah Kotla Fort is within sights and there are several cafes and restaurants in the surrounding areas. Be it jewellery or groceries, the markets nearby have everything you may need and you can even order groceries at your doorstep in case you wish to cook for yourself. Public transport such as Buses, Auto Rickshaws, Ola/Uber cabs is easily available near the apartment as well. There are a lot of monuments which are extremely close to the apartment and this central location makes it perfect if you are looking to explore the city.
Our check in and check our timings are 11:00 am and 10:00 am respectively. We will be glad to provide the facility of early check-in/late check-out, but it is subject to availability. Please contact our team for confirmation in advance if you wish to avail any such facility.
The consumption and/or storage of alcohol, tobacco, hookah and narcotics drugs is strictly forbidden in the apartment.
Preparation of Non-Vegetarian food is prohibited inside the apartment.
Your pets are always welcome; however, it is strictly advised to keep them with you at all times.
The maximum occupancy is of 4 persons. Thereafter extra-occupancy charges apply at INR 500/- per person per day (including children). We also provide additional mattresses for each extra person at no additional cost.
The cleaning and housekeeping charges are extra and a one-time charge of INR 475/- is applicable.
All Refunds are subject to our Refunds and Cancellation policy.
All foreign nationals must fill up Form C as mandated by Government of India and provide copies of their passport and visa before check in. Domestic guests should submit their ID proofs before check in.
Guests are requested to maintain the decorum of the complex and not cause any ruckus or disturbance in the common areas.
